FRANK INGUANZO

Frank Inguanzo
Founder, President: Miami Office

Frank graduated from Florida International University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Upon graduation he stepped into the world of insurance and hasn’t looked back. During his highly successful career Frank has handled virtually every type and size of property insurance claim both domestically and internationally. He has a depth of understanding of policies and the inner workings of insurance companies having spent 10 years at some of the largest national companies.

Frank has worked as a public insurance adjuster for more than eighteen years. He has successfully represented clients in every field, including thousands of home and small business owners, restaurants, retail stores, real estate developers and landlords, hospitals, condominium associations, manufacturers and distributors -- even municipalities.

Frank's ability and success is measured by the thousands of satisfied and loyal clients that continue to rely on EPIC GROUP to handle their insurance claims.

By selecting the most qualified individuals to lead the company and its' adjusters as well as through his extensive experiences and hardwork, Andy enabled Epic Group to grow and expand to what it has become today.

Andy is a graduate of the University Of Florida College Of Architecture where, in 1992, he received a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. After the immense devastation of Hurricane Andrew, he began working as a General Contractor specializing in property restoration. In 1993, Andy received the designation of Certified Restorer through the National Institute of Disaster Restoration.

MARIO ROSMAN

Mario Rosman,
President

Shortly after studying business management at New York, Mario moved to South Florida and immediately began work in the construction industry with preferred vendors for local contractors. Over the next several years of working hand-in-hand with adjusters and insurance companies, and watching too many of his own clients struggle with the burden of inadequate settlements, Mario decided to become an advocate for the insured and obtained his public adjusters’ license.

Since 2001, when he began working for Epic Group Public Adjusters, it became immediately clear that integrity and tenacity were an inherent part of Mario’s character and valued traits among public adjusters.

Mario attains expertise and knowledge in both appraising and adjusting insurance claims through his methodical capacity for establishing accurate damage assessments as well as appropriate remediation techniques. His ability to remain resilient through the negotiations process has enabled hundreds of individuals, families and businesses to get back on their feet after a loss.

Mario has become a mentor to the dozens of adjusters that are selected to work for and represent Epic Group every year. He has aided in establishing a strong code of ethics throughout the company and strengthened the commitment we have with our clients by improving customer and quality service.

TIM GREENE

Although his real strength lies in his ability to coordinate the flow of communication between property managers and condo board members, his tenacity to see the most difficult claims through has created a new level of customer service and expertise that all Epic adjusters strive to reach.

To date, Tim continually proves to be one of our clients' strongest allies in the fight for achieving fair and equitable claim recoveries.

After studying law at the University of Baltimore and presently, as a business owner and manager, Tim's knowledge of relating and negotiating with others has become an invaluable resource to the team at Epic Group.

Tim began his career in the insurance industry as an adjuster in North Carolina. Then, following the devastation of the 2004 storm season, Epic Group quickly realized that his services would be better utilized in South Florida. Subsequent to joining the other professionals at Epic Group, Tim quickly established himself as a knowledgeable expert and a natural leader in the industry. He has successfully handled hundreds of insurance claims for all sizes and types of properties, earning him recognition among his peers and colleagues as an expert negotiator.
